Meal 5: Cheesy Garlic Bread

Although this is not quite a meal, this is the only thing I can say that I made last night.  Coming in from work, Ken had already made the spaghetti (lucky me!) so I contributed my part with the cheesy garlic bread.

Quick, simple and easy - I used thick slices of a fresh Italian loaf, covered one side in garlic butter, sprinkled garlic powder on it, then topped with grated cheese.

Place it in the oven at 350 degrees, until the cheese is melted, and voila!!
